Intelligence is the last asset a company can still own outright.
A two-day private session for founder-CEOs. You leave with a written plan for turning AI into a lasting advantage for your company.
Intelligence is now cheap and everywhere.
The advantage goes to the CEOs who decide where it works.
Adopt. Adapt. Advance.

Advance
Build on what works until your company has a lead that is hard to copy.
Two days, two nights, a short drive from Los Angeles.
Chances are your team is already using AI, with or without a policy, and your competitors are trying it too. What most companies haven't done is step back and decide where AI fits in their business, including what it should take on, what it shouldn't touch and who is in charge of it. At AIXE, we work through those decisions with you, using your own company as the example.
Request a seat →Every session ends with work on your own company.
Each session covers one decision, and the lab that follows is where you make it for your business, with the hosts and the other CEOs around the table. By the end of day two, your plan is written.
Led by people who have done it.
Every session is run by someone who has put AI to work inside a real company.
He leads an AI studio inside one of the largest entertainment companies in the world.
Before that he ran a major streaming service's U.S. business and led digital product at a broadcast network, where his team put the first full TV episodes online and on the iPad.
Opening sessionShe rebuilt a mid-size company's operations around AI.
A founder-CEO who can show you the P&L before and after, and what it took to get her team to change how it works.
Where AI makes moneyHe ships AI products for operating companies.
A technical founder who has built agents and internal tools for businesses your size. He will tell you what to buy off the shelf and what is worth building.
Build or buyShe writes AI and data policy for growth-stage companies.
A lawyer who sizes the rules to the company in front of her, so you leave with a policy your team can follow.
Legal, risk and your dataEvery decision is made and put in order, so your team can start on it Monday.
Where AI pays

What comes first
Every move is ranked by how quickly it pays for itself.
Build or buy
Each tool gets a clear build-or-buy decision, with the reasons written down.
What stays yours
You set rules for data, legal and security that fit a company your size.
Your first 90 days
Your team gets a step-by-step sequence it can start on Monday.
A room you keep
The founding group stays in touch long after the two days are over.
A note from the hosts.
Every founder we know is being asked the same question, by their board, their team and themselves: what are we doing about AI? Most of the help on offer is a conference with two thousand people in it or a consultant with a slide deck.
We wanted something we would pay for ourselves: a small group of people who run companies like ours, two days spent on our own businesses, and a plan on paper before we left. And a good dinner, because some of the best thinking happens at the table.
