Member companies use the same curriculum for three jobs, so the people you hire, the people you train and the people who run your AI are all held to one standard.
Send a 90-minute work sample on a real task from the role. The candidate uses any AI tools they like and keeps a log. You score it on the same rubric as the certification, so you see how they actually work.
Every employee works through Operator on your company's own rules and tools. The practical is a task from their own job, so the training pays back while it's happening.
The Operator results show who has the aptitude. They go on to Builder, then Lead, until each function has someone who owns its AI system and reports to you against the plan.
The levels follow the method you work through at the retreat: Adopt, Adapt, Advance.
Each lesson is taught on your company's plan and rules. Your rules sit beside the lessons where they apply.
A short check on the modules. It can be retaken, and it has to be passed before the practical.
A real task from their job, with the before-and-after, the check they ran and the data they used.
Their manager and an AIXE reviewer score it separately. If they differ by more than a point, a second AIXE reviewer decides.
To pass, every line needs at least a 3, and data handling needs a 4. The same rubric scores the hiring work sample.

The workspaceEach certificate has a code and a public page showing who holds it, the level, where it was earned and whether it's still valid. Certificates last 12 months. Renewal is a new practical on the person's job at the time.
